Dr. Vijeta Jha is an accomplished theoretical physicist with a doctorate in Material Science from IIT Dhanbad and the recipient of several prestigious international accolades. Besides her scientific pursuits, Dr. Jha is also a registered Patent and Trademark expert. Dr. Jha works as a techno- IPR mentor and advises aspiring entrepreneurs at the Incubation Centre of IIM Udaipur, supporting their innovative ventures. Her expertise has also earned her a position as a Global Panellist for the MIT Technology Review, where she engages in discussions on cutting-edge technological advancements and their potential impacts. Dr. Jha oversees and manages the company's intellectual property assets, ensuring effective patent and trademark protection and enforcement.

Manoj Kumar holds a B. Tech. and an LL.B. degree. He is a registered Patent expert and has hands-on experience in drafting over 3000 patents and developing strategies to obtain patent grants in the shortest possible timeframe, both in India and internationally. With 16 years of experience in the IPR domain with various organizations, starting from law firms to renowned multinational companies such as FLSmidth (with operations in the USA, Denmark, and India) and Aditya Birla Group, Manoj Kumar is responsible for managing all intellectual property matters within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and safeguarding the company's intellectual assets.
